1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FusionPatches.com, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who use our services. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our site.
2. Our Services
Fusion Patches manufactures and sells custom patches including embroidered, iron-on, velcro, woven, PVC and printed patches, as well as challenge coins, enamel pins and keychains.
All products are custom manufactured to your specifications. You may cancel for a full refund before approving your mockup. Once approved and production begins, sales are final subject to Section 7.
3. Ordering Process
Quote & Mockup: You submit designs and specifications. We generally provide a digital mockup within 12–24 hours. Unlimited revisions are available until approval.
Order Confirmation: Production begins only after written approval. Approval confirms all details are correct.
Payment: Full payment is required before production begins.
Production: Standard production time is approximately 7–14 business days after approval. Rush options may be available.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Quoted pricing is generally honored for 30 days.
- Payments are processed securely.
- Rush fees, shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout.
5. Artwork and Intellectual Property
Your Responsibility: By submitting artwork you confirm ownership or authorization to reproduce it and grant Fusion Patches a limited production license.
Copyright: We will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material without permission.
Our Work: Mockups remain the property of Fusion Patches until payment is completed.
Portfolio: We may display completed products unless requested otherwise in writing.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship throughout the United States and internationally.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
- Tracking is provided when available.
- We will work with carriers on lost shipment claims.
7. Cancellations, Refunds and Replacements
You may cancel your order for a full refund before approving the final mockup. Once production begins, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the error is ours.
We may replace or refund orders that are materially different from approved artwork, arrive damaged, defective, or contain incorrect items.
Refunds are not available for approved customer errors, changes of mind, slight color variations, or minor size variations within ±5%. Claims should be submitted within 14 days of delivery to info@fusionpatches.com with supporting photographs.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Hate speech or discriminatory imagery.
- Obscene or pornographic content.
- Unauthorized trademarked material.
- Content violating applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusion Patches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New York, New York.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
