Order Custom Iron-On Patches With a 12 to 24 Hour Mockup
Custom iron-on patches offer a quick and convenient way to personalize hats, jackets, backpacks, t-shirts, and more—without the need for sewing. At Fusion Patches, iron-on backing comes standard on our embroidered, woven, printed, and leather patches at no additional cost. We offer a minimum order of just 5 pieces (10 pieces for woven patches), along with free worldwide shipping, a digital mockup within 12–24 hours, unlimited free revisions, and a money-back guarantee for complete peace of mind.
Iron-on patches perform best on cotton, denim, canvas, and most natural-fiber fabrics. They are not recommended for nylon, polyester performance wear, waterproof materials, or industrially laundered uniforms, as these fabrics may not withstand heat application. For heat-sensitive garments, sew-on or Velcro backing is the better choice. To maximize durability on clothing that is washed frequently, reinforce the patch by adding a few stitches around the edges for a long-lasting, secure attachment.
